My purpose it to raise awareness and facilitate in helping activate and raise energy levels in the people who are attracted to my courses.

The core of my vision is the idea that knowing our inner self, shaping it consciously and expressing ourselves in the outside world in a never-ending process of expansion, is really what life is all about, and it can be fun! This is what we call � Conscious Living�, as opposed to �Just Living�, where we choose who we want to be and design our life, rather than just react to the events.
We are all part of the one glorious collective consciousness. We need never feel separated again. Come and feel at home within the heart consciousness of the group.
It begins with taking the time to stop and BE� in one moment �..and building on that. All you need is a still place, an open mind� and an open heart.

I have been shown that I am required to run three set workshops. These will each run for a period of time and as a collective will work on the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional bodies of an individual. Although each workshop can be taken separately as a collective they are very powerful!

This year it is all about transforming and evolving so that our transition into 5th dimensional energy will be an easy one.

This course is suitable for all Mediation levels as it focuses on Breathing Techniques, Stilling the Mind and specific guided Meditations that enhance the resonance of the body.
